Our approach

We offers all new clients a free consultation, either over the phone or in person. This provides you with an opportunity to speak openly about the challenges and opportunities you face and provides us with the opportunity to listen, assess and propose a plan that will meet your business needs.

We're then able to come in and work directly with your team on a 1-2-1 basis, or work remotely and keep at arm's length. We're happy to have as little or as much input as you need.

And we remain professional and supportive throughout.

How much will it cost?

As every client has different needs, consultancy fees vary depending upon the scope of work that's required. Once we've had our FREE introductory discussion, we'll provide an estimate of what we think is involved. We'll dicuss this with you and answer any questions, or revise the estimate as needed.

Once we're all happy, we'll provide a Statement of Work with a full breakdown of our services and either a fixed price or an agreed daily rate. We're fully transparent with our pricing and services, so there won't be any surprises along the way.
